Freeze drying is a science and cannot repair existing conditions. Some types of flowers do not freeze dry as well as others. Softer antique color may occur over time. Renaissance Rose is not liable. |

Flowers
need to be paid for before or at the time of drop off. Visa
and Mastercard, cash or checks are accepted. All NSF checks
will be accessed and additional $50. All sales are final. |

Frames
require a minimum deposit of 50%, and the balance is due when
the product is finished. |

Gown preservation
is to be paid in full when it arrives for cleaning and preserving. |

Renaissance
Rose assures the customer that the flowers will be preserved
in a timely fashion. In the event of acts of God, loss of power
or machine failure, our liability is limited to refund of the
customer's deposit. |

Rose has the right to use any photos for future advertising. |

Rose will contact you by phone or mail when your product is
ready. After you are contacted, you must inform Renaissance
Rose within 4 weeks or a $30 storage fee will be accessed. After
90 days, the product becomes abandoned and property of Renaissance
Rose. |
